The Eiffel Tower, at the right moment
Les Ombres is a glass pavilion on the roof of the Musée du Quai Branly, with a Mediterranean garden on its terrace and the Tower close enough to toast. Book around sunset and tell them if you prefer the terrace or the dining room; the Tower sparkles on the hour after dark. The Seine by candlelight
La Tour d'Argent has watched the Seine and Notre-Dame since 1582. Every duck served gets a number, and you leave with a postcard to prove yours. Mention your celebration when you book: the team likes to know. A few bridges west, Guy Savoy's dining rooms in the Monnaie de Paris overlook the Seine and the Pont Neuf; ask for a river-view table and settle in for the 13-course menu. If you'd rather hear each other talk, trade the skyline for greenery.
