Jazz and piano, the classic way
Le Caveau de la Huchette, in the Latin Quarter, has hosted live jazz in medieval cellars for more than 75 years, with names like Lionel Hampton and Rhoda Scott in its history. Near the Opéra, Harry's New York Bar, where the Bloody Mary was born, has a pianist from Wednesday to Saturday starting at 10pm; arrive half an hour early for a good seat. La Felicità is a 4,500 m² Italian food hall in the 13th with Neapolitan pizza, fresh pasta, and live concerts, DJ sets and karaoke on weekend evenings, when service runs until 1:30am. Go later in the evening for the music. It's our kind of lively restaurant, and a great pick for groups.
